The keynote of the arrangement is to give real assistance to the most defenseless sectors of the population in Astana. For today, there are over four hundred persons in the northern capital, to whom the services of «Invataxi» are the only opportunity to exercise their constitutional rights to the freedom of movement.
The same as in another eight towns, which received the said special-purpose motor vehicles from Saby Foundation, and where programs on the social rehabilitation of disabled persons are being currently implemented, four vehicles donated to the Kazakhstan Confederation of Disabled Persons yesterday, will be operated so as to render free transport services to those, who undergo special difficulties in moving, first of all, to wheelchair users.
The Project «Decent Life for Disabled Persons», under which our Foundation is operating to develop services of «Invataxi» around Kazakhstan, has taken another very important and substantial step.
