People of many nationalities live in peace and consent under the common shanyrak in our country. Friendship of people is the main achievement of Kazakhstan, it is the key of successful development of the country.

Traditionally, concerts and open-air parties are taken place on the 1st of May, the Day of Unity of Kazakhstan people, where the representatives of different cultures share with their traditions and recipes of the national dishes at the festive dastarkhan.

Dear compatriots, we congratulate you with the May Day and wish that goodness, love and understanding are prevailed in every house!

Saby Foundation has been rendering charitable assistance for children, orphans and people with disabilities for 12 years in succession.

At present the name of “Saby” is associated with the realization of the most brave and ambitious projects: 62 “invataxi” cars which render free transport services in 16 cities of Kazakhstan; talented students studied, thanks to Saby grants, in the best universities of the country and the world; new building for a child care center in Kyzylorda; 29 modern sport objects in children social institutions of the country; medical equipment for 17 medical institutions – this and many other things were carried out by our organization.

This year we enter the “mushel”- the Kazakhs name the transfer from one 12-year life cycle to the other, the period when all signs of the zodiac have made one cycle. At this “transition period” it is customary to sum up the results of the last years and feel hopeful for the future.

We are proud of the executed work and we have great plans – profound changes in the activity of the Foundation are coming: reorganization of the working projects and opening of new ones. The project of construction of children village of family type for children, left without parental care, for 100-120 places in Astana city. That is why our “mushel” will take a lot of efforts and financial investments.

We are grateful to all our friends who have been with us for all 12 years, who supported us and rendered their attention and contribution. Your help is invaluable!

90 жылдан астам тарихы бар Қызылорда қаласында орналасқан Сәби үйі Байсеитова көшесіндегі 50 жыл бұрын салынған типтік емес ескі ғимараттан 2013 жылдың басында «Сәби» жеке қайырымдылық қорының демеушілігімен еңселі де, жарық заманауи үлгідегі жабдықталған, отбасылық жылумен мейірлендірілген жаңа ғимаратқа қоныс аударды. Монтессори педагогикасында ерте жастан дамытудың маңыздылығы ерекше: баланың психофизиологиялық дамуына мүмкіндік жасайды, барлық сыртқы сезімді дамытады, жоғары интеллектуалдық көңіл күйді, сонымен қатар этикалық және эстетикалық сезімді тәрбиелейді,баланы «дұрыс» қоршаған ортаға қалыптастырады.

Осындай мүмкіншіліктер «Қалалық сәби үйі» статусын «Облыстық сәби үйіне» ауыстыруына үлкен ықпал етті. Осыған орай, Қызылорда облыс әкімдігінің 2013 жылғы 06 тамызындағы № 221 қаулысына сәйкес, 01.09.2013 жылдан бастап қалалық сәби үйінің атауы «Облыстық мамандандырылған сәби үйі» коммуналдық мемлекеттік мекемесі болып қайта аталды.

Барлық күту және тәрбие жұмыстары барынша үй жағдайындағыдай өткізіледі. Тәрбиешілер барынша аналық мейірімін төгіп, балаларды ауыртпай бағып – қағып, қолдан келгенше тәрбиелейді, сонымен бірге ауруды алдын – алу, науқас балаларды сауықтыру, оңалту-түзету, диспансерлеу жұмыстары жүргізіледі. Осындай көлемді жұмыстардың арқасында жалпы жұмыс көрсеткіштерінде мынадай жетістіктер бар: балалар өлімі орын алған жоқ, жұқпалы және соматикалық аурулар саны азайды, тиімді емделудің арқасында сәбилердің жүйке психикалық жетілуі жақсарып, балалардың асырап алуға жарамдылығы артты.

Let’s admit that most of citizens of Almaty and, moreover, guests of the south capital, in view of their busyness and rapid rhythm, rarely think of the names of streets where they move daily.

People drive or walk, hurry or promenade, paying no attention to the names entitled to streets, alleyways, avenues and squares. In fact the names belong to distinguished persons who deserved the estimable place in the memory of generations.

Opening the column “The streets of southern capital”, we want to tell or remind all readers of our website about the persons, who left an imprint on the history of Almaty and Kazakhstan by their remarkable life.

Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the state holiday celebrated on the 16th of December annually.

Our ancestors fought for freedom and territorial integrity of the country from ancient times. Modern unity of multinational Kazakhstan and people’s love for their motherland helped to overcome all difficulties and to achieve success for the short time.

New edition of the Constitution of independent Kazakhstan was accepted on the National Referendum on August 30, 1995. This significant event is the important milestone for the country, which indicated the way of development. The day became one of the favorite and solemnly celebrated state holidays by Kazakhstani people.
