Ever Yours, Saby Fund

Today in Almaty the Saby Charity Foundation has announced results for the contest “Build your business” which is held already for the fourth time. During all this time this contest grew out of a competition, and became the pioneer project comprehensively supporting young businessmen of our country.

Contest was announced in November of last year, and during this time 434 businessmen from all Kazakhstan at the ages from 18 to 35 years took part in it. The short list included 33 projects. After detailed consideration of business plans and interviews with participants 8 finalists were chosen by the screening committee, they earned reward for the total amount of $ 220,000.

The biggest grant in the amount of $ 50,000 was handed to the project “Expansion of production of clothes and accessories for future mothers of a Dariya brand, Aktau (http://entrepreneur.thebig.kz/projects/1591).

Each of the 3 finalists have received $ 30,000:

1. Complex repair base on servicing of tractors and special equipment of Almaty region, Taldykorgan (http://entrepreneur.thebig.kz/projects/1565);
2. Agrarian complex, national economy Tansar, Karaganda region, Abay (http://entrepreneur.thebig.kz/projects/1553);
3. Daryinka Plant on production of dairy products, settlement of Chebotarevo, Zelenovsky district, West Kazakhstan region. (http://entrepreneur.thebig.kz/projects/1420).

Except them, other 4 winning projects are defined in the contest; they have been awarded $ 20,000:

The end of the year is a traditional time for summing-up and on New Year’s Eve we would like to bring to your attention an annual report in the form of entertaining infographics.

4 years ago in Kyzylorda, the Municipal Children’s Home for 60 pupils was built and put into operation by Charitable Foundation “Saby”. After its housing by young pupils, the object has received the status of a specialized institution, which means that now the children are not only socially upheld there but they also receive the necessary treatment. The result of such changes are obvious – the children begin to develop faster and less suffer from different diseases.

And now, a few years after the opening of the orphanage, the kids in gratitude presented the Charitable Foundation “Saby” with a touching gift. A drawing of the heart made of fingerprints of little hands, symbolizes the participation of many people in the performance of good deeds. They help children to open their hearts to a better future and to trust others.

We sincerely believe that a lot of work invested in children now will find a worthy response in the future!

Saby Charitable Foundation Chief Executive Aselle Tasmagambetova has been recently awarded an honorary Order of Kurmet for her active social and charitable activity. She was awarded such honorary state award by the Akim of Almaty Baurzhan Baibek.

She has been helping orphans and children left without a parental care, talented children from socially disadvantaged families, children with serious health problems, physically challenged people, and she supports young entrepreneurs for more than 14 years.

Colleagues, beneficiaries and partners of the Saby Foundation congratulate Assel Imangaliyevna from the bottom of their hearts on the deserved state award and wish her great strength and faith in the good deeds commitment!
