With coming of warm weather, builders are working in a more strengthened regime at the object “Comprehensive secondary school for 1200 places in Nauryzbay region of Almaty.” The works on installation of stained-glass windows and the filling of the openings are being completed, there has been conducted purchase of all technical equipment and furniture. Works on landscaping and facade decoration have been started. Commissioning is planned for August 2017.
Let us sum up the results of one of the most serious stages of the construction of the Social Residence Hall for graduates of orphanages in the city of Aktobe.
Today, at the facility, the work on installing the off-site general utilities has been fully completed, and all relevant documents have been submitted to government agencies so that the facility will be accepted into service.
The interior finishing works in all the residential facilities have also been completed, the finishing work on the site improvement are scheduled for the spring.
After connecting the central heating at the facility: “General education school for 1200 places in Nauryzbaysky district of Almaty” the finishing works in relation to the finished blocks are carried out at full speed.
In addition, the works on filling the window openings throughout the building are continued, the installation of all the engineering systems for power supply, water supply, sewerage, heating and ventilation is almost completed.
The completion of construction works is planned for spring 2017.

Construction of the “Secondary school designed for 1200 students in Akzhar village of the Nauryzbayskiy District of Almaty city” is 70% complete.
At the beginning of December connection of the heating system is planned in order to complete interior finishing of the building. For such purposes installation of internal and external partition walls, insulating glass units and heaters is currently being performed in all 10 building blocks.
In the process of construction only environment friendly materials produced by local manufacturers are used.
Construction works at the site of “Secondary school with 1,200 seats in Akzhar village of Nauryzbayskiy district of Almaty“ are in progress.
Floor slabs are being reinforced and a formwork is set at the level + 9.8 m and 12.4 m in units 1, 6, 7, 8, 9. Cross beams are being cast in place at the level +3.2 m in units 2, 3. Brickwork of exterior walls with finishing works is carried out in units 4, 5. Concrete works at the zero circle are executed in unit 10.
Also, at the same time the installation of heating, plumbing, ventilation and sewerage systems is carried out.

Construction of social dormitory for leavers of boarding schools in Aktobe city is in progress.
For the past four months favorable conclusions of complex independent expertise on the main design estimate documentation of the project and external supply lines were received. Corresponding notifications of start-up production of installation and construction works in the local State Architectural and Construction Supervision Authority were registered. Preparatory works of top soil territory clearing were carried out, the land parcel fencing was fixed, temporary communication lines of necessary power were installed. The development of excavations and concrete blinding were fulfilled to 100%.
At present the works of foundation installation of 4 living blocks and one office block are being carried out.
Currently all works of foundation installation have been completed, reinforcement and concrete procedures of underfloor walls and floor panels have been fulfilled on 60%.
During the construction of school for 1200 places in Almaty, built by Saby Foundation within the frameworks of the “Orkendeu” project, special attention was paid to the quality of concrete, in-situ concrete works are fulfilled under a strict control of field and engineering supervision as well as the Customer’s engineering service.
The regular significant stage of realization of dormitory construction in Aktobe city has been completed.
The Design estimate documentation has been fully developed. At the present time the process of its approval in relevant authorities and preparation of its submission for the state expert appraisal is being performed.
The development of off-site utilities design estimate documentation has been also completed. Necessary agreements have been received; the project has been submitted for the state expertise.
Just over a month has passed since beginning of construction of the Secondary school for 1200 places in Akzhar village, Nauryzbay district in Almaty.
All the preparatory works on-site have been completed, cleaning of the area from the top soil has been carried out, a perimeter fence on the area border has been installed, specifications have been obtained and the temporary communication lines of the required capacity have been laid.
At the moment, the general contractor has implemented 100% of the works on excavation of pits for ten blocks of buildings.
